International Game Technology (IGT) anunció que Massimiliano Chiara fue nombrado vicepresidente ejecutivo y CFO a partir del 6 de abril de 2020. Chiara también fue nombrado miembro de la junta directiva de la empresa.

La junta directiva de IGT también nombró a Beatrice H. Bassey como directora independiente a partir del 20 de marzo de 2020. Además, Paget Alves ha notificado a la compañía que se retirará de la junta directiva de IGT y no se presentará a las elecciones en la próxima reunión general anual.

IGT: New Chief Financial Officer and changes to Board of Directors
IGT’s board of directors has appointed Beatrice H. Bassey as an independent director effective March 20, 2020. Additionally, Paget Alves has notified the company that he will retire from IGT’s board.
International Game Technology (IGT) announced that Massimiliano Chiara has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 6, 2020. Chiara has also been appointed to IGT’s board of directors effective as of the first IGT board meeting after April 6, 2020, or as of the 2020 annual general meeting (AGM), if earlier and subject to shareholder vote.
