Knutsson Holdings anunció que ha fortalecido su participación en Betsson Group al cambiar 300 000 acciones B por acciones A. Se trata de un instrumento sueco que otorga diez votos por cada acción en lugar de uno.

El inversor sueco ahora tiene 3 010 000 acciones A y 3 150 000 acciones B, lo que da el 4.3 % del capital, pero el 11.4 % de los derechos de voto. Knutsson Holdings ha sido un accionista importante en Betsson Group desde 2007.

The Swedish investor now has 3 010 000 A-shares and 3 150 000 B-shares which gives 4.3 % of the capital but 11.4 % of the voting rights.

Knutsson Holdings announced it has strengthened its shareholdings in Betsson Group by swapping 300 000 B-shares to A-shares. These are a Swedish instrument which gives ten votes for every share instead of one.

The Swedish investor now has 3 010 000 A-shares and 3 150 000 B-shares which gives 4.3 % of the capital but 11.4 % of the voting rights. Knutsson Holdings has been a major shareholder in Betsson Group since 2007.
