Scientific Games anunció que ha firmado un acuerdo para adquirir Sideplay Entertainment para expandir la cartera de contenido de iLottery de Scientific Games y acelerar la penetración en el mercado global de su negocio de iLottery.
Se espera que la combinación del portafolio de juegos digitales y tecnología de distribución de contenido de Sideplay con las plataformas y soluciones digitales iLottery de Scientific Games aumente la participación de los jugadores e impulse un mayor crecimiento de las soluciones iLottery de la compañía en los mercados de todo el mundo.
A través de esta adquisición, la compañía espera expandir su participación en los mercados de lotería digital al tiempo que lleva la biblioteca de contenido de Sideplay a sus programas de iLottery en todo el mundo. La adición de la tecnología de distribución de contenido del servidor de juegos digitales a la tecnología digital existente de Scientific Games también permitirá una mayor velocidad de comercialización.

Scientific Games announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Sideplay Entertainment to expand Scientific Games’ portfolio of iLottery content and accelerate the global market penetration of its iLottery business.
The combination of Sideplay’s portfolio of digital games and content distribution technology with Scientific Games’ iLottery platforms and digital solutions is expected to increase player engagement and drive further growth of the company’s iLottery solutions in markets around the world.
Through this acquisition, Scientific Games Lottery Group expects to expand its share in digital lottery markets while bringing Sideplay’s library of content to iLottery programs around the globe. The addition of digital game server content distribution technology to Scientific Games’ existing digital tech stack will also allow for increased speed-to-market.
Steve Hickson, Founder and Director of Sideplay, and the entire Sideplay team will join Scientific Games Lottery.
