Noviembre 9, 2023 : El evento reunió a una audiencia selecta, que incluyó a la Viceministra de Turismo, Madeleine Burns, el Director General de Juegos de Azar, Dr. Eduardo Sevilla, miembros del Congreso de la República, Alcaldes Distritales, funcionarios y representantes de las principales empresas del sector.
SONAJA, con un historial de 25 años de dedicación inquebrantable, ha desempeñado un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y la regulación de la industria del juego en el Perú. Durante la cena de aniversario, la Viceministra Madeleine Burns y el Dr. Eduardo Sevilla resaltaron la importancia económica de esta industria al señalar que genera ingresos significativos en términos impositivos que contribuyen de manera crucial al financiamiento de las municipalidades provinciales y distritales. Este sector, además de su impacto financiero, fortalece las comunidades locales ya que es un motor para la creación de miles de empleos, y a su vez, apoya actividades y organismos diversos como de los artesanos y el Instituto Nacional del Deporte, entre otros. In an exciting industry event held at the Marriot Hotel in Lima on October 25, 2023, Crown Gaming Peru, local subsidiary of the global gaming technology leader NOVOMATIC, joined the Sociedad Nacional de Juegos de Azar (SONAJA) to celebrate 25 years of commitment and excellence in Peru.
