Las diversas funcionalidades de este CMS visionario no solo contribuyen a la optimización de los procesos en las operaciones diarias de juego, sino que también cumplen con los más altos requisitos regulatorios en materia de protección del jugador y juego responsable.
Los 62 terminales de juego ahora se gestionan de forma centralizada a través de NOVOVISION™ Floor Control, mientras que la gestión de jackpots, el manejo de efectivo mediante TITO y la contabilidad también se operan en tiempo real gracias a las múltiples funcionalidades del sistema NOVOVISION™. En particular, el control de accesos mediante NOVOVISION™ Access, la gestión de jugadores y la comparación de datos de cada visitante con la base de datos nacional de autoexclusión OASIS fueron criterios clave en la toma de decisiones del operador. Tanto en el registro inicial como en cada visita posterior al casino, el acceso en los puntos de entrada solo se concede tras una verificación exhaustiva de la identidad y la edad del visitante, así como la verificación o reverificación frente a la base de datos de exclusión.
Tras la exitosa implementación de NOVOVISION™ en el Ring Casino am Nürburgring, la puesta en marcha en las otras dos sedes, en Bad Dürkheim y Bad Neuenahr, se llevará a cabo durante el primer trimestre de 2026.

Gumpoldskirchen / Bad Neuenahr / Nürburgring, January 13, 2026 – Ring Casino am Nürburgring, located at the Nürburgring Congress Hotel, is a subsidiary of Spielbank Bad Neuenahr GmbH & Co. KG and is situated directly on the start and finish line of the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit. The venue offers around 450 square metres of gaming entertainment for high-speed fans, featuring 62 video slot machines with a range of attractive jackpots.
As part of the modernisation and centralisation of business operations—and particularly in light of upcoming legal changes in the German gaming market—the management of Spielbank Bad Neuenahr has decided to rely on NOVOMATIC’s NOVOVISION™ Casino Management System going forward. The diverse functionalities of this visionary CMS solution not only contribute to process optimisation in daily gaming operations but also meet the highest regulatory requirements in terms of player protection and responsible gaming.
All 62 gaming terminals are now centrally managed via NOVOVISION™ Floor Control, while jackpot management, cash handling via TITO and accounting are also operated in real time through NOVOVISION™’s comprehensive system functionalities. In particular, access control via NOVOVISION™ Access, player management and the comparison of each visitor’s data with the nationwide OASIS exclusion database were key decision-making criteria for the operator. Both during initial registration and at every subsequent casino visit, access at the entry gates is granted only after thorough verification of the guest’s identity and age, as well as (re)verification against the exclusion database.
