Mihnea, anteriormente directora de gobernanza de TI de EveryMatrix, ha sido una figura fundamental dentro del equipo de liderazgo.
orma parte de EveryMatrix desde hace casi una década, incorporándose a la empresa como responsable de Gestión de Incidentes con un equipo de sólo cuatro personas. Un año después de incorporarse, formó los equipos de Soporte Técnico y Gobierno de TI, mejorando significativamente los procesos de gestión de lanzamientos y gestión de cambios.
En su nuevo puesto, liderará el desarrollo técnico de EveryMatrix, brindará dirección técnica y apoyará a los CTO de las unidades de negocios de la empresa para lograr sus objetivos.

EveryMatrix has appointed Mihnea Dobre as its new Group Chief Technology Officer
May 23rd, 2024, Malta: With his extensive experience and expertise Mihnea will spearhead the company’s technology strategy and operations, based in Bucharest.
Previously EveryMatrix’s Head of IT Governance, Mihnea has been a pivotal figure within the leadership team.
He has been part of EveryMatrix for almost a decade, joining the company as Head of Incident Management with a team of just four. One year after joining, he formed the Technical Support and IT Governance teams, significantly improving the release management and change management processes.
In his new position, he will lead EveryMatrix’ technical development, provide technical direction and support the company’s business unit CTOs in achieving their objectives.
