Después de discusiones difíciles y consideraciones exhaustivas, Euro Games Technology (EGT) tomó la difícil decisión de retirarse de su participación planificada en ICE London 2022. “Debido a los muchos factores preocupantes que rodean este evento, incluidos los riesgos para la salud y la asignación desfavorable de fechas, la participación de EGT en ICE conlleva muchos riesgos”, afirmó la empresa.
La variante Ómicron sigue siendo un problema importante en el Reino Unido y Europa, y está restringiendo severamente la participación de EGT en el evento. “Además, las nuevas fechas planificadas previamente para el evento son inconvenientes ya que coinciden con el inicio del período de vacaciones de Semana Santa católica que limitará aún más el número de empresas participantes y asistentes”, agregó la empresa.

After difficult discussions and thorough considerations, Euro Games Technology has taken the tough decision to withdraw from its planned participation at ICE 2022. “Due to the many concerning factors surrounding this event, including health risks and unfavourable allocation of dates, EGT’s participation at ICE will carry a lot of risks”, the company stated.
The spread of Omicron is still a major issue across the UK and Europe, and it is severely restricting EGT from participating in the event. “Additionally, the new pre-planned dates for the event are inconvenient as they coincide with the start of the Catholic Easter holiday period that will further limit the number of participating companies and attendees,” added the company.
In light of the newly unfolded pandemic restrictions, more and more logistical problems are developing, causing travelling challenges that will make it very tough to organize the participation of EGT at ICE 2022.
