El Grupo Gauselmann ha adquirido una participación mayoritaria significativa en Bede Gaming, la plataforma de juegos con sede en Newcastle. Bede desarrolla y comercializa plataformas de juego en línea para operadores de casino, apuestas deportivas y loterías.
Con esta adquisición, Gauselmann Group está ampliando aún más su ya fuerte presencia digital, al tiempo que crea nuevas oportunidades para la apertura del mercado alemán de juegos en línea a partir del 2021. Además, está ganando terreno en el mercado de loterías de América del Norte, en el que Bede Gaming es un socio importante de Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).

Bede Gaming operará como una unidad comercial independiente dentro del Grupo Gauselmann y continuará manteniendo sus oficinas en Newcastle (Reino Unido), Sofía (Bulgaria) y Toronto (Canadá). La gerencia también continuará teniendo una participación en la compañía.

The Gauselmann Group has acquired a significant majority stake in Bede Gaming, the gaming platform headquartered in Newcastle. Bede develops and markets online gaming platforms for operators of casino, sports betting and lottery offerings.
With this acquisition, the Gauselmann Group is further expanding its already strong digital presence, while at the same time creating new opportunities for the opening of the German online gaming market from 2021. Furthermore, it is gaining a foothold in the North American lottery market, in which Bede Gaming is an important partner to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).

Bede Gaming will operate as an independent business unit within the Gauselmann Group and continue to maintain its offices in Newcastle (UK), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Toronto (Canada). The management will also continue to hold a stake in the company.
