La Asociación Internacional de Reguladores del Juego (IAGR, por sus siglas en inglés) ha publicado el programa de su próxima conferencia anual, que se celebrará en Toronto del 20 al 23 de octubre.
Con el lema «Regulación resiliente: explorando qué funciona, por qué y qué sigue», el evento reunirá a reguladores y líderes de opinión de todo el mundo para analizar cómo pueden evolucionar los marcos regulatorios frente a los desafíos actuales.
El programa de cuatro días abordará temas de gran actualidad, incluyendo el auge de la inteligencia artificial y la analítica del comportamiento, el impacto de las tecnologías convergentes, la colaboración transfronteriza y el impulso continuo por fortalecer las políticas de juego responsable.
El presidente de IAGR, Ben Haden, señaló que el programa ofrece un sólido anticipo del contenido y las conversaciones que los delegados pueden esperar en Toronto.
«El programa de este año refleja la amplitud y complejidad de los desafíos que enfrentan los reguladores del juego en todo el mundo, desde la protección del bienestar del jugador hasta el combate de los mercados ilegales y la comprensión de las nuevas tecnologías», afirmó Haden.

IAGR announces the program for the IAGR2025 conference in Toronto
The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) has released the program for its upcoming annual conference, to be held in Toronto from October 20–23.
Under the theme “Resilient regulation: exploring what works, why, and what’s next,” the event will bring together regulators and thought leaders from around the world to examine how regulatory frameworks can evolve in response to today’s challenges.
The four-day program will cover pressing topics including the rise of artificial intelligence and behavioral analytics, the impact of converging technologies, cross-border collaboration, and the ongoing drive to strengthen responsible gambling policies.
IAGR President Ben Haden noted that the program offers a strong preview of the content and conversations delegates can expect in Toronto.
“This year’s program reflects the breadth and complexity of the challenges facing gambling regulators worldwide—from protecting player wellbeing and tackling illegal markets to understanding emerging technologies,” Haden said.
