Combinando formación clásica, raíces en el jazz y la potencia del EDM, Timmy Trumpet se presentará en la fiesta de clausura del INFINITY Lisbon con un set de alta energía que promete cerrar el SBC Summit por todo lo alto.
El evento tendrá lugar el jueves 18 de septiembre en el MEO Arena —que durante el día funciona como el Super Stage—, transformando el recinto en el escenario definitivo para este DJ y productor australiano, ampliamente reconocido como uno de los artistas en vivo más explosivos del EDM.
Conocido por sus solos de trompeta y su energía que enciende a las multitudes, su presentación estelar estará abierta para los asistentes VIP y para quienes cuenten con pases gratuitos de operador o afiliado.

La trayectoria musical de Timmy Trumpet comenzó a los cuatro años, cuando empezó a tocar la trompeta. A los trece fue nombrado Joven Músico del Año y recibió una beca completa para estudiar en el Conservatorio de Música, bajo la tutela de Anthony Heinrich, de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Sídney. Dos años después, se convirtió en el trompetista principal de la Australian All-Star Stage Band, con la que giró por Europa y participó en algunos de los festivales de jazz más prestigiosos del mundo.
Su evolución hacia la música electrónica fue un paso natural, combinando la trompeta en vivo con la energía del EDM, culminando en su gran éxito Freaks en 2014, que ya supera mil millones de reproducciones en todas las plataformas. Su discografía ha acumulado más de 5 mil millones de streams a nivel global.
Su debut en Tomorrowland en 2017 sigue siendo el set más visto en la historia del festival. En 2024 alcanzó un nuevo hito en su carrera al posicionarse quinto en el Top 100 de DJ Mag. Ese mismo año, cerró el escenario principal de Tomorrowland tanto en Bélgica como en Brasil, siendo su set belga el más visto del año, consolidando aún más su legado como uno de los actos más icónicos del festival.
El estilo híbrido de Trumpet y su energía arrolladora lo han llevado a colaborar con grandes nombres de la música electrónica. Su discografía incluye temas con figuras como Steve Aoki, Armin van Buuren, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, KSHMR, R3HAB, W&W y ALOK, entre otros.
“Ya habíamos anunciado el mes pasado a Alok como parte del cartel del INFINITY Lisbon, y ahora con la confirmación de Timmy Trumpet, tendremos a dos DJs de primer nivel encabezando la fiesta de clausura —una experiencia que, sin duda, nuestros asistentes sabrán apreciar”, añadió Sojmark.
No es la primera vez que los asistentes a un evento de SBC disfrutan de presentaciones de DJs electrizantes. Esta tradición comenzó en septiembre pasado durante la edición inaugural del evento insignia de SBC en Lisboa, con artistas como Darude, Miss Monique y Don Diablo. Continuó a principios de este año en SBC Summit Rio, con actuaciones de Afrojack y el dúo brasileño Dubdogz. Ahora, la tradición se traslada a SBC Summit Americas, donde Steve Aoki encabezará la fiesta de clausura del INFINITY Florida en Fort Lauderdale.

El SBC Summit regresará a la Feira Internacional de Lisboa y el MEO Arena del 16 al 18 de septiembre. Blending classical training, jazz roots, and EDM firepower, Timmy Trumpet will take the stage at the INFINITY Lisbon closing party with a high-energy set that promises to close SBC Summit with a bang.
Taking place on Thursday, September 18th at the MEO Arena—which serves as the Super Stage during the day—the venue will transform into the ultimate party setting for the Australian DJ and producer, widely regarded as one of the most explosive live performers in EDM.
Known for his trumpet solos and crowd-hyping energy, his headline set will be open to VIP attendees and complimentary operator and affiliate pass holders.

Timmy Trumpet’s musical journey began at just four years old when he picked up the trumpet. By thirteen, he was named Young Musician of the Year and earned a full scholarship to the Conservatorium of Music, studying under the Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s Anthony Heinrich. Within two years, he became the lead soloist for the Australian All-Star Stage Band, touring Europe and performing at some of the world’s top jazz festivals.
His evolution into the electronic music scene came naturally, blending live trumpet with high-energy EDM—culminating in his breakout hit Freaks in 2014, which has since surpassed a billion streams across all platforms and contributed to a discography that has amassed over 5 billion streams worldwide.
Trumpet’s Tomorrowland debut in 2017 remains the most-streamed set in the festival’s history. In 2024, he reached a new career high, ranking 5th on DJ Mag’s Top 100. That same year, he closed the main stage at Tomorrowland in both Belgium and Brazil—his Belgium set becoming the most-viewed performance of the year and further cementing his legacy as one of the festival’s most iconic acts.
The DJ’s genre-blending style and electrifying energy have also led to collaborations with some of the biggest names in electronic music. His discography includes powerhouse tracks with global stars like Steve Aoki, Armin van Buuren, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, KSHMR, R3HAB, W&W, and ALOK, among others.
“We already announced Alok last month as part of the INFINITY Lisbon lineup, and now confirming Timmy Trumpet means we’ll have two powerhouse DJs headlining the closing party—an experience I’m sure our attendees will truly appreciate,” said Sojmark.
This won’t be the first time SBC event attendees are treated to electrifying DJ performances. The tradition began last September during the debut edition of SBC’s flagship show in Lisbon, with headline acts including Darude, Miss Monique, and Don Diablo. It continued earlier this year at SBC Summit Rio, where Afrojack and Brazilian duo Dubdogz brought the energy behind the decks. Next, the tradition heads to SBC Summit Americas, where Steve Aoki will headline the INFINITY Florida closing party in Fort Lauderdale.
